Shipping Fees & Delivery
Products are delivered by La Poste via Colissimo for France and Colissimo International for other countries.
- Colissimo: Delivery with signature for selected items within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order (for online orders validated before 12 PM, working day).
- Colissimo International: Delivery with signature for selected items within 3 to 8 business days depending on the order date and the destination country (for online orders validated before 12 PM, working day).

In any case, for orders shipped to non-European Union countries, the customer acts as the importer of the concerned products.
Custom duties or other local taxes may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility. Delivery delays cannot give rise to damages or compensation.
The delivery of items will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order (or a notification of availability in case of customer absence). It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging as well as the contents of the parcels upon receiving the goods and to record any reservations on the delivery receipt if the package appears to have been opened or damaged. The signature of the delivery note without reservations by the customer implies acceptance of the delivery. Under no circumstances shall JUL ET MAD be held responsible for damage to the quality of the products and their packaging caused during transport.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, the delivery of ordered items will occur no later than 30 days from the day following the order, subject to full payment. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. It begins upon receipt of the payment or banking authorization.
For all orders placed via the website www.juletmad.com, delivery times will be communicated to the customer during checkout. Please note that the delivery times indicated on the website apply to any order placed before noon (12:00 PM Paris time, GMT +1) from Monday to Friday.
Payment Terms and Methods
Customer purchases can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Accepted cards include the CB network, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payments are processed via our secure payment partner, PayPal. This means that no banking information about the customer is transmitted through the site. Payment by credit card is therefore fully secure.
