Shipping Fees & Delivery
Products are delivered by La Poste using Colissimo for France and Colissimo International for other countries.
Colissimo: Delivery against signature of the selected items within 1 to 2 business days following your order date (for an online validation completed before 12:00 PM, working day). Colissimo International: Delivery against signature of the selected items within 3 to 8 business days following your order date and depending on the destination country (for an online validation completed before 12:00 PM, working day).

In any case, when ordering to a country not a member of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the concerned products.
Customs duties or other local taxes may be due, which are the responsibility of the customer. Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages.
The delivery of the articles is carried out at the address indicated by the customer at the time of their order (or notice of availability in the absence of the customer). It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the parcels upon receipt of the goods and to make any reservations on the delivery slip if the parcel appears to have been opened or damaged. The signature, without reservation, of the delivery receipt by the customer will imply acceptance by the latter. Under no circumstances shall the company JUL ET MAD be held responsible for any degradation of the quality of the products and their packaging caused by transport.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of ordered items shall take place no later than 30 days from the day following the order, subject to full payment of the price. The delivery time varies depending on the type of shipping and the place of delivery. It runs from the receipt of payment or bank authorization. For any order placed through the website www.juletmad.com, the deadlines will be indicated to the customer during their order, it being specified that the deadlines indicated on the website www.juletmad.com are valid for any order placed before noon (12:00 PM) Paris time (GMT +1:00) from Monday to Friday.
Payment Terms and Conditions
The payment of the customer’s purchases is made by credit card or bank transfer: cards from the “CB” network, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and Paypal are accepted. Payment is made via the secure payment server of our partner, Paypal. This implies that no banking information concerning the Customer passes through the site. Thus, payment by credit card is perfectly secure.
