The story

The portrait of mystery, sedductive and addictive

The model of the painting is covered in mystery. The portrait is possibly depicting Beatrice d’Este, wife of Ludovico Sforza; although, most critics and specialists agree that the beautiful woman posing is no other than Lucrezia Crivelli, the mistress of Ludovico. The absolute femininity is reflected in this seductive composition – and all the different emotions evoked by it: the attraction, the fantasy, the charm, the desire, the tension, the concern, the thrill, the warmth, the grace, the seduction, the passion, the forbidden, the fear, the unattainable, the exaltation… A representation of the contrast between her apparent rigid attitude, almost cold, severe and the passion, the fervor, the warmth, the extreme tenderness hidden behind her look charged with contained emotions…

The Accord: Spicy / Green – Floral / Musk A most exquisite interpretation of the Carnation, with a great accent on its spicy facets: an explosive start of pepper, elemi, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, for a crystalline facet, cold, almost frozen to this creation, inspired by the transparency and the finesse of the marble; a floral heart that bursts with warmth, recalling the emotions that nourish the flame of a forbidden love; a most beautiful base, extremely comforting, where green-woody notes vibrate powerfully on a sensual musk bed for an exceptional longevity…

The perfumer

Stéphanie Bakouche:

Stéphanie Bakouche is a respected figure in the world of perfumery, known for her unique approach and significant contribution to the industry. Born in Paris, she benefited from a multicultural education in a bilingual school, stimulating her curiosity and open-mindedness. With a degree in chemistry from the University of Versailles in partnership with ISIPCA, her passion for fragrances led her to immerse herself in the demanding sector of artisanal perfumery.

Stéphanie began her career working in field sales, which enabled her to develop an in-depth knowledge of consumer needs. She then played a key role at L’Artisan Parfumeur, helping to establish their base in Grasse, recognised as the perfume capital of the world. Under the tutelage of Bertrand Duchaufour, she honed her expertise in perfumery, adding valuable skills to her repertoire.

She is particularly well known for creating successful fragrances such as Invasion Barbare for Parfums MDCI, Fugit Amor and Mon Seul Désir for Jul & Mad. In 2017, she took a major step forward by founding her own company, Sensaba. Her vision with Sensaba is to create unique and exclusive fragrances, focusing on the quality of the raw materials, to offer timeless olfactory experiences.

Your precious nectar is presented in a magnificent gold-plated multi-faceted flacon, crowned with our signature bright gold cap, engraved with the brand logo. Always accompanied by its white velvet pouch decorated with the gold logo, the fragrance bottle is presented in an exceptional white lacquer-finish wood case, entirely hand-made.

Veritable work of art, the case features two lateral doors decorated with a 23 karat gold-plated closing magnetized plaque, made-to-measure and engraved with the JUL ET MAD Paris symbol. The interior is lined with luxurious white satin to elegantly stage the beautiful flacon.

A rechargeable golden Nomad Spray, decorated with hand-embedded crystals, always accompanies the flacon in a hidden compartment, also decorated with a 23 karat engraved gold-plated metal plaque.
