Delivery delays cannot give rise to damages or compensation.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery of items will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order (or a notification of availability in case of customer absence). It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging as well as the contents of the parcels upon receiving the goods and to record any reservations on the delivery receipt if the package appears to have been opened or damaged. The signature of the delivery note without reservations by the customer implies acceptance of the delivery. Under no circumstances shall JUL ET MAD be held responsible for damage to the quality of the products and their packaging caused during transport.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, the delivery of ordered items will occur no later than <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the day following the order, subject to full payment. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. It begins upon receipt of the payment or banking authorization.<\/p>\n<p>For all orders placed via the website <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.juletmad.com\/\">www.juletmad.com<\/a><\/strong>, delivery times will be communicated to the customer during checkout. Please note that the delivery times indicated on the website apply to any order placed <strong>before noon (12:00 PM Paris time, GMT +1)<\/strong> from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Payment Terms and Methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Customer purchases can be paid by <strong>credit card<\/strong> or <strong>bank transfer<\/strong>. Accepted cards include the <strong>CB network<\/strong>, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payments are processed via our secure payment partner, <strong>PayPal<\/strong>. This means that no banking information about the customer is transmitted through the site.
